With a patented, performance-delivering pulley system, our kit sets us apart from any other suspended bodyweight product on the market. The secret lies in our Pin Engagement System which can be quickly and securely locked to allow for stable movements, or just as easily released for free rotation and pulley exercises using a kettlebell, dumbbell or sandbag. Don’t need the pulley? Simply clip in the handles/foot and arm cradles at the top of the CrossCore housing. The RAD allows for true self-leveling and eliminates the hassle of readjusting your handles mid-workout. Plus, the cradles easily open and close so you get a snug, anti-slip fit every time. Our system is carefully designed to hold up to even the toughest workouts. The adjustable cradles and anchor strap are each rated up to 1,800 lbs. (816 kg). Each cradle is also equipped with a heavy-duty climbing-grade carabiner rated up to 2,000 lbs. (907 kg) each. Thanks to our lightweight 4 lbs.
